About the Role
Join a welcoming mental health service offering opportunities at Registered Nurse RN-1 or a Clinical Nurse RN-2 levels. You’ll deliver recovery-focused care, build strong therapeutic relationships, and grow your capability with support from experienced clinicians. At RN-2, you’ll also lead practice, manage complexity, and support team development.
• Deliver safe, person-centred mental health care
• Manage caseloads and day-to-day clinical work
• Build therapeutic relationships with consumers
• Provide education, counselling and group work
• Guide less experienced staff and model best practice
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and NGOs
