About the Role

As Executive Officer, you’ll be the trusted partner to the Executive Director, keeping the office running smoothly and confidently. You’ll manage priorities, build strong relationships and create high-quality briefs and plans. Your work will support sound decisions, sensitive matters and key projects across CALHN.

Key duties
• Manage executive diary, correspondence and workflows
• Coordinate office systems, files and document control
• Prepare briefs, reports and project plans
• Provide timely advice on complex, sensitive matters
• Liaise with senior leaders and government stakeholders
• Support projects, research and priority initiatives

About You

You’re a calm, capable executive support professional who thrives on trust, pace and purpose. No formal qualifications are required, but your skills and experience set you apart.

• Provide high-level executive support with discretion and sound judgement
• Write clear briefs, reports and correspondence for senior leaders
• Manage priorities, deadlines and pressure with confidence
• Build strong relationships across executives, government and partners
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint with ease
