About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Occupational Therapist to join CALHN and help shape high-quality care across our network. In this leadership role, you will deliver advanced clinical services, guide daily operations and build capability within a supportive multidisciplinary team. Those with experience in geriatrics are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Provide expert OT care across complex caseloads
• Lead daily service flow, standards and priorities
• Supervise and mentor OTs, AHAs and students
• Drive quality, research and service growth
• Build expertise within your portfolio area
• Advocate for clients and best practice
• Partner with medical, nursing and allied health teams

About You

You are a confident and adaptable Occupational Therapist ready to lead complex care and support others to thrive. You bring strong clinical judgement, collaborative leadership and a genuine commitment to quality, evidence-based practice.

• Hold OT degree and AHPRA registration
• Extensive acute, rehab or community experience
• Lead teams and supervise staff and students
• Manage complex adult caseloads with skill
• Apply evidence, data and quality standards
