WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
This is an exciting leadership opportunity to step into a pivotal Nurse Unit Manager role within Aged Care, where you will drive clinical excellence, team performance and service outcomes. You will lead a committed nursing and multidisciplinary team, ensuring continuity, quality and safety of care for residents while fostering a positive and accountable workplace culture.
The role offers scope to strengthen your leadership capability across workforce management, service planning, quality improvement, and risk management within a supportive executive and clinical leadership structure. You will play a key role in shaping models of care, embedding evidence-based practice, and supporting staff development and succession planning.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with demonstrated leadership capability in aged care or a similar clinical setting?
- Do you have the ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care?
- Are you confident in managing workforce planning, performance, quality improvement and risk processes within a complex health service?
- Do you communicate effectively, resolve conflict professionally, and foster a positive, accountable team culture?

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure high-quality, person-centred aged care services and positive resident outcomes.
- Lead and coordinate clinical care delivery, ensuring alignment with professional standards, policies, and evidence-based practice.
- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, rostering, performance management, and resource allocation within the corporate framework.
- Drive quality improvement, risk management, incident review and compliance with accreditation standards.
- Foster a culture of learning, accountability and collaboration, mentoring staff and supporting ongoing professional development.
