Step into a key administrative and advisory role with SA Health’s Rural Support Service. As Clinical Agreements Officer, you will manage the development, alteration, and administration of Rural Specialist Agreements and other clinical workforce agreements. You will ensure compliance, maintain high-quality standards, and provide expert advice to stakeholders across regional Local Health Networks. This role offers the opportunity to influence workforce and contract management processes while supporting the delivery of critical healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage development, alteration, and execution of Rural Specialist and clinical agreements.
  • Coordinate schedules, liaising with stakeholders and contracting entities.
  • Maintain agreement records in line with SA Health policy and PCMS requirements.
  • Provide procurement advice and support contract preparation and execution.
  • Act as primary contact for agreement queries and process guidance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Are you confident liaising with multiple stakeholders and ensuring compliance?
  • Do you have strong organisational skills to manage multiple agreements and schedules?
  • Are you proactive, detail-oriented, and able to provide expert advice on processes?

The RSS is a business unit in SA Health and provides services throughout regional South Australia to support the six regional local health networks (LHNs). It employs around 260 people who work in 37 regional, rural and remote SA locations, or in the RSS’s three Adelaide offices.
