About the Role

Step into a Cancer Nurse Educator role where your expertise shapes confident practice and better patient outcomes. You’ll lead cancer-focused education, build strong clinical partnerships and create learning that supports safe, consistent care across services.

Key Duties
• Deliver cancer education and training across wards and services
• Build capability and confidence in nursing teams
• Create practical learning tools and resources
• Align practice with policy and evidence
• Lead education projects that lift care quality
• Support a positive, safe learning culture

About You

You’re a registered nurse who brings confidence, clarity and a passion for cancer education. You know what great learning looks like in practice and how to support teams to deliver safe, consistent care.

• Registered Nurse with NMBA registration and current practising certificate
• Experience in nursing education or staff development in healthcare
• Skill to design, deliver and evaluate engaging education programs
• Confident presenter with strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of standards, legislation and quality systems in hospitals
