About the role
SA Pathology is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our busy hospital-based blood collection centre, providing high-quality care to both paediatric and adult patients. This role is well suited to a nurse who enjoys working in a fast-paced clinical environment and delivering patient-centred care across the lifespan.
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, efficient and professional blood collection services to inpatients and outpatients, including children, adolescents and adults. The role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage high patient volumes while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Working across patient centres and phlebotomy services, you will apply sound clinical judgement while delivering a high standard of customer service. You will confidently manage complex situations, contribute to quality improvement and audit activities, support team performance, and help maintain a safe, efficient and welcoming environment for patients, carers and colleagues. Your professionalism, adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement will enable you to make a meaningful difference every day.
About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll be a patient focused Registered Nurse who brings strong clinical practice, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset to a busy patient services environment. You’ll meet the following essential requirements:

Registered or eligible with NMBA, with a current practising certificate

Deliver exceptional, timely customer service that meets patient needs

Confident using computer systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
