About the Role

Join our Infectious Diseases and Infection Prevention teams, providing high-level admin support across multiple sites. Manage staff, coordinate projects, maintain data, and streamline communication to help reduce infections and support quality healthcare.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and supervise administrative staff across multiple units

  • Coordinate meetings, medical rostering, and patient enquiries

  • Maintain SA Health data and reporting requirements

  • Manage procurement, invoices, correspondence, and workflow

  • Build strong relationships across teams, clinicians, and stakeholders

About You

You are a proactive and organised admin professional ready to support multiple teams and keep operations running smoothly. You thrive on problem solving, prioritising tasks, and working collaboratively.

What we’re looking for

  • Hold a Certificate 3 in Business or Health Administration

  • Use initiative and solve problems with clear, logical thinking

  • Communicate confidently and tactfully with diverse stakeholders

  • Lead and supervise staff while managing competing priorities

  • Confidently use Microsoft Office to produce high-quality documents
