About the Role

As an Administrative Officer, you’ll keep the Neuroscience and Rehabilitation Directorate running smoothly. You’ll manage patient admin, support multi-disciplinary teams, maintain accurate records and help create an organised, welcoming environment for staff and patients.

Key duties
• Manage patient administration, reception and clerical tasks
• Maintain accurate records, data and word processing outputs
• Support multi-disciplinary teams with daily admin needs
• Liaise with staff, patients and external stakeholders
• Contribute to smooth, efficient and welcoming workspaces

About You

You’re an organised and reliable Administrative Officer who thrives in a busy healthcare environment. You communicate clearly, manage confidential information with care and support teams to deliver smooth, high-quality administrative services.

• Completion of relevant studies or willingness to undertake training
• Skilled in administrative tasks, data entry and Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently, prioritise and meet deadlines
• Clear communicator with strong customer service skills
• Experienced in healthcare or multidisciplinary team environments
