Step into a central role as Office Manager at the Adelaide Sexual Health Centre. You will manage admin staff, build efficient systems, create smooth workflows, maintain supplies and support the Head of Unit to keep the service running seamlessly.
• Lead and support administration staff across the Centre • Manage office supplies, stores and service resources • Coordinate administrative processes and reporting tasks • Liaise with clinical teams, hospital departments and partners • Support Head of Unit with operational and administrative needs
About You
You are an organised, proactive office professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to keep complex operations running smoothly in a busy health environment.
• Skilled in leading, supervising and supporting administrative teams • Experienced in office procedures and high-level administrative support • Proficient in Microsoft Office, hospital systems and databases • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and writing skills • Knowledgeable in medical terminology, policies and workplace safety
