About the Role

Join our Nutrition and Dietetics team and make a real impact on patient care. You will manage assessments, build strong links with clinical teams, create tailored nutrition plans and maintain high-quality dietetic services across in-patient and outpatient care.

• Assess patient nutritional needs and provide care plans
• Advise medical, nursing and allied health teams
• Deliver counselling and support to patients and families
• Supervise and support junior dietitians where required
• Collaborate with community and CALHN providers

About You

You are a skilled, compassionate dietitian, confident in clinical care and eager to make a difference in patient outcomes across a busy health setting.

• Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics eligible for full membership
• Skilled in dietetic assessment, care planning and treatment
• Confident communicator with patients, teams and staff
• Experienced in managing caseloads and clinical documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems
