We are seeking a motivated Gardener to support the presentation and upkeep of our health service grounds. Your work will play an important role in creating a safe, clean and welcoming environment for patients, staff and visitors.

About the Role

As a Gardener, you will contribute to the maintenance and improvement of outdoor areas across health sites, ensuring grounds are well-kept, safe and visually appealing.

You will work as part of a supportive team, undertaking a variety of gardening, landscaping and grounds maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain lawns, gardens and outdoor spaces
  • Plant, prune and care for trees, shrubs and garden beds
  • Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools
  • Assist with irrigation systems and watering schedules
  • Identify and manage weeds, pests and plant health issues
  • Support general grounds maintenance and cleanliness
  • Contribute to a safe and compliant work environment
