In this role, you’ll take accountability for your own nursing practice while helping to shape the next generation of nurses by supporting and supervising students, Assistants in Nursing and Enrolled Nurses. You’ll work collaboratively with a dedicated multidisciplinary team and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and external organisations to ensure the best outcomes for the people you care for. About You
You’re a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse who brings sound clinical judgment, a collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to person-centred care.
- Registered (or eligible) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding or able to hold a current practising certificate
- Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills, with the ability to prioritise and stay flexible in a busy healthcare environment
- Demonstrated competence in contemporary nursing practice and commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, consumer-focused care
- Understanding of the RN role, relevant legislation, codes and standards, and the principles of quality improvement in a healthcare setting
