About the Role
Join our IBD Clinical Trials Unit as a Clinical Trials Coordinator and play a key role in advancing clinical research. You will manage trial activities, build strong team links, create accurate study documentation, and maintain smooth trial operations across the unit.

Coordinate clinical trial activities and study timelines

Maintain accurate trial records, databases and reports

Liaise with investigators, sponsors and research partners

Support and guide less experienced team members

Contribute to process improvement and trial quality initiatives
About You
You are a skilled and motivated nurse with a passion for clinical research and delivering high-quality patient care. You thrive in multidisciplinary teams and take pride in maintaining accurate trial standards.

Hold current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

Confident in clinical trials, research processes and Good Clinical Practice

Skilled communicator, problem solver and team collaborator

Able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work independently

Knowledgeable in healthcare standards, legislation and quality systems
