  • Salary: $121,107 to $125,679 (Pro-Rata) – AS08 – Part Time or Full Time / Term Contract up to 12 Months

Overview:

The primary objectives of the Project Manager are to coordinate, lead and facilitate delivery of a suite of projects. This role and position are responsible for:

  • Providing leadership and direction to CEIH projects of critical importance to the health system including the co-design, development and implementation of complex projects.
  • Working with the CEIH stakeholder groups, consultation forums, working groups, formal committee members and Project Leads as well as with staff of the CEIH and the broader health system.
  • Building and maintaining interaction and consultation with key stakeholders including industry, private sector and research, liaise with all parts of the health system and promote regional links across the continuum of care.
  • Developing, implementing, adopting and reviewing project management frameworks and strategies to maximise health outcomes for patients, improve care and safety, and monitors performance.
  • Researching, designing, developing and deploying tools and approaches that ensure effective project delivery and integration.
  • Evaluating and evolving the CEIH approach for project delivery.

  • A ‘National Police Certificate’ NPC (also known as a ‘Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check’ NCCHC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment).
  • A DHS ‘Working With Children Check’ (WWCC) is required for this position.

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact).

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
