Join our allied health team and help deliver practical equipment solutions that improve patient outcomes. In this hands-on role, you repair, modify and maintain equipment while working closely with therapists and clinical teams across CALHN sites.
• Repair and modify rehab and assistive equipment • Maintain tools, stock and safe workshop spaces • Liaise with therapists, nurses and service providers • Manage orders and workshop records • Support patient care across hospital and community sites
About You
You are a practical, patient-focused technician who enjoys hands-on work and supporting clinical teams with safe, fit-for-purpose equipment.
• Hold Cert III Engineering Fabrication or equivalent trade • Apply strong workshop skills to modify and repair equipment • Work independently and contribute within multidisciplinary teams • Communicate clearly and deliver responsive client service • Use basic IT tools and manage workload with flexibility
