  • Salary (plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice benefits):
    • AHP1 $71,217 - $86,938 p.a. (pro rata)
    • AHP2 $91,785 - $106,330 p.a. (pro rata)
  • Temporary Part-Time – working 30 hours per week, up to 26 June 2026

About the Role:

This is an opportunity to join our Day Rehabilitation Service (DRS) as an Occupational Therapist. DRS is a short-term program providing multi-disciplinary, goal-oriented rehabilitation in a purpose-built rehabilitation centre. Participants attend 2-3 sessions per week. At each session, participants will work with a number of different therapists across several hours, with the aim of maximising their function at home or in the community.

In this role, you will be part of a collaborative, patient-centred healthcare environment that values excellence in care and ongoing professional development. You will deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and evidence-based interventions that support patients to regain functional independence and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • conduct detailed occupational therapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans
  • deliver both group and individual therapy sessions within our modern rehabilitation facility
  • work closely with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, holistic care
  • maintain accurate documentation and contribute to case conferences
  • support discharge planning and facilitate smooth transitions back into the community

Appointment to the role will be at the AHP1 or AHP2 classification, dependent on the level of experience.

To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board  of Australia.
