About the Role
Provide expert secretarial and administrative support to the Orthopaedic and Trauma Service. You will manage schedules, build strong team connections, and create smooth workflows that keep the department running efficiently.
• Manage diaries and coordinate appointments
• Prepare correspondence and medical documents
• Support consultants and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain confidential records and files
• Liaise with wards and hospital departments
About You
You are a organised, proactive administrative professional who enjoys supporting teams, managing details, and keeping workflows running smoothly.
• Skilled in secretarial and administrative support
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and IT applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Accurate with typing, spelling and document preparation
• Confident handling confidential information with discretion
