Join the Endocrine and Metabolic Unit as a Supervisor, leading a small admin team and supporting medical, nursing and research staff. You will manage daily operations, build smooth workflows, and create efficient processes across outpatient and Bone Densitometer services.
Duties • Supervise and coordinate administrative staff across the unit • Support the Head of Unit with reports, correspondence and diaries • Maintain accurate records and manage outpatient bookings • Liaise with internal teams, GPs and external partners • Streamline admin systems and improve office workflows
About You
You are a confident, organised administrator with strong leadership skills who thrives supporting senior staff and leading a small team in a busy clinical environment.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and audio typing 60–80 wpm • Experienced in high-level admin support and office management • Confident supervising staff and setting team priorities • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with all levels • Committed to confidentiality and delivering excellent customer service
