About the Role
Join our team managing private practice and hospital billing with accuracy and efficiency. In this role, you ensure claims, invoices and payments are processed smoothly while supporting compliance and reporting across the site.
• Process invoices, claims and receipts for private practice
• Monitor debtors and follow up outstanding balances
• Manage approved waivers, write-offs and funds transfers
• Prepare reports, reconciliations and support audits
• Liaise with internal teams, patients and external providers

You are a reliable, detail-focused professional who enjoys accurate billing and supporting smooth financial processes.

• Enter and manage financial data accurately and efficiently
• Analyse information and develop practical solutions
• Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
