Join CALHN as a Strategic Accommodation Advisor and shape how space is managed across our health network. You’ll lead strategic planning, optimise accommodation resources, provide expert advice to the Executive team, and ensure facilities support growth and service excellence.
Duties • Develop and implement accommodation strategies across sites • Advise Executive and stakeholders on spatial requirements • Optimise use of space to meet business and operational needs • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants • Support projects, planning and infrastructure initiatives
About You
You are a strategic and adaptable professional with experience managing complex projects and delivering results in health or facilities environments.
• Hold tertiary or industry qualification in business, property or facilities • Apply strategic thinking to develop and optimise accommodation plans • Manage multiple projects with strong planning, organisation and delivery • Communicate and influence effectively with stakeholders at all levels • Use analytical skills to solve complex problems and improve outcomes
