• Registered Nurse with NMBA and current practising certificate • Postgraduate mental health nursing qualification or equivalent • Experienced in leading clinical practice change and service improvements • Skilled in planning, implementing and evaluating mental health care • Confident in working with consumers, carers, teams and community partners
