About the Role

You are an expert mental health nurse ready to provide clinical leadership and deliver high-quality care that supports recovery and best practice.

• Registered Nurse with NMBA and current practising certificate
• Skilled in delivering complex mental health care and recovery plans
• Experienced in leading nurses and supporting team development
• Able to coordinate projects and implement practice improvements
• Confident in consulting with multidisciplinary teams and partners

About You

You are a highly skilled mental health nurse ready to lead clinical practice, support staff growth, and deliver safe, recovery-focused care.

• Registered Nurse with NMBA and current practising certificate
• Postgraduate mental health nursing qualification or equivalent
• Experienced in leading clinical practice change and service improvements
• Skilled in planning, implementing and evaluating mental health care
• Confident in working with consumers, carers, teams and community partners
