About the Role

Lead quality and service support across apheresis and the cancer program.
Use clinical insight to guide nurse leaders and drive safe, consistent care.
Build strong systems, clear practice and a positive work culture.
Own outcomes across your portfolio and lift patient experience.

Key Duties
• Guide nurse leaders across apheresis and cancer services
• Build workforce plans and support fair hiring
• Oversee budgets, beds and resource use
• Review practice gaps and align with policy
• Drive risk control and quality review
• Manage data systems and clear reporting
• Lead projects and service improvement
• Report to the Haematology Safety and Quality Committee

About You

You bring strong clinical judgement, a quality mindset and the confidence to guide others through change while keeping care safe and consistent.

• Registered Nurse eligible with NMBA and current practising cert
• Proven apheresis practice aligned to standards of care
• Lead teams with clear communication, resolve issues, guide change
• Drive quality systems, audits and accreditation NATA FACT
• Manage projects, juggle priorities and meet agreed timelines
