Step into a senior Nurse Manager role where your clinical insight shapes safer services. You will guide workforce planning, strengthen culture, and support leaders across wards and portfolios while improving flow, quality and staff wellbeing.
Key duties • Lead staffing models, rosters and resource use • Build a strong, sustainable nursing workforce • Guide recruitment, HR support and succession plans • Drive patient flow, bed use and service utilisation • Support accreditation, risk and quality review • Coach leaders and grow professional capability • Partner with staffing hubs and key teams • Maintain strong links with after hours oversight and operational teams
About You
You are a motivated nurse leader ready to shape services, support staff growth, and drive safe, high-quality care across the health service.
• Registered Nurse with current Nursing Board certificate • Proven leadership in clinical and team management • Skilled in problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution • Experience in workforce planning, projects and change initiatives • Strong knowledge of healthcare standards, legislation and quality systems
