About the Role
As a Pathology Collector, you will play an important role in supporting high quality laboratory services and patient care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will assist with specimen collection and handling, helping ensure samples are processed accurately and efficiently to support timely diagnosis and treatment.
At the OPS1 level you will work under close direction with a strong focus on training and skill development, while at the OPS2 level you will apply your growing experience and knowledge under general direction to carry out a broader range of duties. Across both levels, you will contribute to smooth laboratory operations through venepuncture and specimen collection, specimen processing and data entry, while providing professional and helpful service to patients, staff and external customers.
