About the Role
As an Assistant Support Services Officer, you play a vital part in supporting older people through recovery and transition. Working within a caring team, you help create a clean, safe and welcoming environment while supporting clinicians to deliver quality care.
- Support patient care across wards and clinical areas
- Make beds, assist moves and transport patients safely
- Clean rooms, equipment and shared spaces to standards
- Remove waste and restock supplies across the site
- Assist admissions and set up patient equipment
- Follow safety procedures and report incidents promptly
Shift details
- Work every weekend and public holidays as required
- Be available for rotating shifts across set daily times
- Cover 7am to 12 noon, 12 noon to 5pm or 3.30pm to 8.30pm
