Set in Adelaide’s iconic parklands, the site will provide people with a connection to Kaurna country and allow our dedicated clinical staff to provide a therapeutic approach to patients to enhance their recovery and wellbeing.

  • The Senior Project Officer is responsible for coordinating and delivering a range of complex project planning, administration and project control programs and functions including managing scope change control and lessons learnt for the New WCH Project and developing, reviewing and implementing relevant supporting project frameworks and systems.

  • The Senior Project Officer performs the role of Executive Officer for the New WCH Project Control Group, researches, manipulates and analyses complex quantitative and qualitative data and develops and delivers a range of regular and ad hoc reporting. The role maintains effective working relationships with key internal and external project stakeholders and facilitates workshops, training and information sharing. The Senior Project Officer also provides expert advice and assistance in New WCH Project Governance and Assurance, Benefits Management, and Knowledge Management activities.

Criminal History Screening Requirement

  • A ‘National Police Certificate’ NPC (also known as a ‘Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check’ NCCHC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment).
  • A DHS ‘Working With Children Check’ (WWCC) is required for this position.

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact).

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.

Special Conditions

  • For appointment in a Prescribed Position under the Child Safety (Prohibited Persons) Act (2016), a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required from the Department for Human Services Screening Unit.  For other positions, a satisfactory National Police Certificate (NPC) assessment is required.
  • ForPrescribed Positions’ under the Child Safety (Prohibited Persons) Act (2016), the individual’s WWCCs must be renewed every 5 years from the date of issue; and for ‘Approved Aged Care Provider Positions’ every 3 years from date of issue as required by the Accountability Principles 2014 issued pursuant to the Aged Care Act 1997 (Cth).
