About the Role
Join a dedicated team delivering person centred nursing care in a unique correctional health setting. You will assess needs, coordinate care and support better health outcomes while building strong relationships with patients and the multidisciplinary team.
• Assess patient needs and plan safe, effective care
• Deliver person centred nursing support each shift
• Coordinate care with health and support services
• Support team leadership and safe practice
• Promote health and patient education
About You
You are a compassionate and capable nurse who values teamwork, communication and high quality patient care.
• Registered Nurse with NMBA registration
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritise workload in busy settings
• Commitment to person centred care
• Sound knowledge of healthcare standards and safety
