About the Role:

Join the Riverland Mallee Coorong Allied Health team as a Clinical Senior Physiotherapist and make a lasting impact across rural communities. In this diverse and rewarding role, you'll deliver high-quality physiotherapy services across a variety of clinical settings, mentor and support fellow clinicians, contribute to service improvement and research, and help shape the future of allied health while enjoying a varied caseload and strong professional development opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Recognised Physiotherapy qualification with current AHPRA registration and eligibility to practise in Australia.
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services and expert clinical advice across a range of settings.
  • Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and supervision to physiotherapists, students and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Lead service improvement, quality initiatives, research and the development of clinical best practice.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance integrated, client-centred care across the region.
  • Contribute to workforce development, education, strategic planning and professional networks.
  • Maintain high standards of documentation, reporting, governance and compliance to support safe, effective service delivery.
