About the role
Join our regional SA talent pool as a Technical Officer and support the delivery of high quality pathology services across local communities. In this role, you apply technical skills and knowledge to perform a range of laboratory activities, helping ensure accurate results that support patient care.
At the TGO1 level, you will build your expertise while contributing to routine technical work and projects. At the TGO2 level, you will apply greater technical judgement, support project work and take on supervisory responsibilities within the team. Across both levels, you will work collaboratively to maintain safe, efficient and reliable laboratory services.
About You
You are a motivated technical professional who enjoys working in a laboratory environment and delivering high quality results. You work well in a team, manage your workload effectively and bring strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a relevant laboratory field
• Experience in laboratory settings or similar environments
• Strong communication, teamwork and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and solve problems effectively
