About the Role
Join the Wudinna Hospital team as a Registered Nurse in our casual pool! This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care across a range of clinical areas. You will develop and consolidate your skills, gaining experience and autonomy as you progress, while contributing to a supportive and collaborative healthcare environment. How Will You Contribute?
As part of our team, you will:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care and individual case management across your shifts.
- Support and guide students, new staff, and less experienced nurses in a collaborative and professional manner.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, outcomes, and workplace efficiency.
- Actively contribute to health promotion, education, and the coordination of services with other disciplines and agencies.
