About the role
Join us as a Senior Pharmacist - Geriatrics and work in a dedicated clinical pharmacy service supporting older patients. You will have experience in providing expert medicines management, delivering high level therapeutic advice and helping to optimise safe and effective use of medicines.
Working collaboratively with medical, nursing and multidisciplinary teams, you will guide clinical decision making and support patient centred care. You will apply independent judgement, contribute to service improvement and maintain high standards of pharmacy practice to enhance outcomes for geriatric patients including teaching and supervision of other pharmacists, interns and students.
About You
You’re an experienced clinical pharmacist ready to lead geriatric pharmacy services. You bring strong clinical knowledge, leadership skills and a focus on safe, high quality patient care.
• Bachelor of Pharmacy and eligible for Board registration
• Experience in hospital pharmacy and service leadership
• Communicate well and work across multidisciplinary teams
• Analyse data and drive service improve initiatives
