About the Role
Join SA Pathology as a Medical Courier and play a vital frontline role connecting laboratories, hospitals and clinics across Adelaide. You’ll deliver a reliable, safe and customer-focused transport service while representing the organisation with professionalism and care.
You’ll manage specimen and report transport, maintain schedules and support day-to-day operations. Working across metro and outer metro routes, you’ll ensure compliance with safety and handling standards while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
About You
You’re a dependable and courteous professional with a strong focus on customer service and safety. You take pride in representing your team well, working efficiently, and making a positive impact in a fast-paced health care environment. To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with clients and the public.
- Strong time management and navigation skills, including the use of technology to follow and adapt run schedules.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, while demonstrating good judgement and discretion.
- A solid driving record, relevant courier or medical transport experience, and good knowledge of the Adelaide metropolitan and outer metro areas.
