About the role
Join us as an Asset Management Program Coordinator and support delivery of programs across SCSS buildings and equipment. Provide high quality coordination, develop submissions and help drive planning and reporting for Engineering Services.
Working closely with stakeholders, you will prepare briefs, support communication and coordinate program activities. You will build strong relationships across SCSS and health networks while contributing to business cases, timelines and effective service outcomes.

You’re an organised program support professional who thrives in a complex environment. You bring strong communication, analytical skills and the ability to coordinate programs and support stakeholders.
• Experience preparing briefs, reports and meeting support
• Communicate well with senior and multidisciplinary staff
• Analyse data and improve systems and processes
• Use Microsoft Office and manage competing priorities
