About the Role:

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is excited to offer an opportunity to join us as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager in our highly specialised Geriatric Evaluation and Management Unit (GEM). In collaboration with the Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of safe, high‑quality care while guiding and mentoring nursing teams to achieve outstanding outcomes. You will contribute to the smooth and effective operation of the unit, support workforce capability and development, and help foster a positive, high‑performing team culture that upholds excellence in patient care.

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
