About the Role

Lead and inspire Nutrition and Dietetics across RAH, shaping clinical excellence, building high-performing teams, and driving innovative, evidence-based services that improve patient care.

• Manage the RAH Nutrition and Dietetics teams
• Build and maintain high-quality service standards
• Create workforce and professional development initiatives
• Lead quality improvement and clinical support programs
• Advise and consult on professional and strategic projects

About You

You are a dynamic leader passionate about shaping Nutrition and Dietetics services, inspiring teams, and driving evidence-based care.

• Hold a Dietetics degree and full membership of Dietitians Australia
• Lead clinical teams and deliver high-performing, multi-site services
• Plan, implement and evaluate programs to achieve measurable results
• Drive quality improvement, clinical governance and professional growth
• Communicate, influence and build partnerships across multidisciplinary teams
