About the role
Join Anatomical Pathology as a Supervisor and lead Operational Services Officers at the RAH reception area. You will coordinate staffing, support laboratory operations and help ensure efficient service delivery across a busy clinical environment.
You will oversee rostering, support MDT meetings and audits, and assist with accessioning and specimen workflows. Working closely with pathologists and staff, you will coordinate slide handling, deliveries across sites and maintain smooth day to day operations.
About You
You’re an organised supervisor with strong administrative and coordination skills. You bring leadership capability, attention to detail and the ability to support busy laboratory operations.
• Australian Driver’s Licence and ability to travel between sites
• Supervisory experience with rostering and team coordination
• Experience in admin systems, records and data management
• Communicate well and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
