About the role
Join Genetics and Molecular Pathology as a Technical Supervisor and support delivery of core technical services. You will coordinate workflows, supervise staff and help ensure continuity of laboratory operations within a specialised multidisciplinary environment.
Working as a senior technical member, you will guide staff, implement new methodologies and support quality service delivery. You will oversee daily technical activities, contribute to project work and help maintain high standards across testing and laboratory processes.
About You
You’re an experienced laboratory professional ready to lead technical services. You bring strong supervisory skills, technical expertise and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in relevant laboratory field
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating workflows
• Extensive experience in diagnostic laboratory practice
• Knowledge of quality standards and NATA requirements
