About the Role
Join our Volunteer Services team and keep things running smoothly across three vibrant sites. You’ll manage admin flow, build strong connections, create clear records, and maintain efficient systems that support our volunteers and staff every day.
Duties
• Provide admin support across three sites
• Manage records, data, and documents
• Build strong relationships with volunteers and staff
• Coordinate enquiries and communication
• Maintain accurate systems and files
• Support daily team priorities
About You
You’re organised, approachable, and thrive in a busy setting. You bring strong admin know-how, communicate with care, and build positive connections with ease while keeping work accurate, timely, and confidential.
• Experience in admin support, ideally in health care
• Strong Microsoft Office and data entry skills
• Communicate clearly with staff, volunteers, public
• Prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, keep accuracy
• Work well solo and in a team across sites
