About the role
Join our team as a Pharmacist and deliver comprehensive clinical and dispensing services across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will optimise medication therapy, provide expert advice and support safe, effective and cost conscious use of medicines in line with clinical standards.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will provide therapeutic guidance to clinicians, support medication management and contribute to patient care. You will also deliver counselling, assist with production services and maintain high standards across pharmacy practice.
About You
You’re a motivated Pharmacist ready to deliver safe and effective medication management. You bring strong clinical knowledge, communication skills and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor of Pharmacy and eligible for Board registration
• Completion of pre registration training program
• Communicate well and work across multidisciplinary teams
• Apply clinical knowledge and support dispensing services
