  • Temporary, Part-Time Role - 15 Hours per week until June 2027

About the Role

Join a dynamic pharmacy team where your expertise will help deliver safe, effective and patient-centred care across the hospital. As a Senior Pharmacist, you’ll lead the day-to-day management of a designated pharmacy area while providing advanced clinical pharmacy services, medicines information and therapeutic advice to patients and multidisciplinary teams.

Working with a high level of professional autonomy, you’ll help optimise medication outcomes through evidence-based practice, quality use of medicines and service improvement initiatives. You’ll also contribute to operational leadership, staff development and the delivery of efficient, cost-effective pharmacy services aligned with professional standards and hospital priorities.

• Lead pharmacy operations within a designated area
• Deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services
• Provide expert medicines information and advice
• Support safe and cost-effective medication use
• Guide and mentor pharmacy staff and students
• Drive service improvement and quality initiatives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain compliance with professional standards

About You

You’re a motivated pharmacy professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys leading teams to deliver exceptional patient care.

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
• Registered or eligible with Pharmacy Board Australia
• Extensive hospital pharmacy and leadership experience
• Strong communication, analysis and problem-solving skills
• Committed to teamwork, education and service excellence
