Join our team at Port Lincoln Hospital as a Ward Clerk, providing essential administrative support to nursing and medical staff across the ward and Emergency Department. This role is central to the smooth operation of patient services, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and high-quality administrative support within a busy healthcare environment.
Working across a 7-day roster, you will play a key role in managing patient records, coordinating appointments and transfers, and supporting clinicians to deliver safe and efficient care. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, contributing to a positive patient experience while developing your skills in a dynamic hospital setting.

How Will You Contribute?
- Provide reception and administrative support within the ward and Emergency Department
- Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, transfers, and travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate patient records, data entry, and information systems
- Support clinical staff through effective communication and administrative assistance
