About the Role

Join our Specialist Geriatric Dementia Unit at Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, as an Enrolled Nurse delivering care with compassion. Work within the tranquil, leafy surrounds in a welcoming, team focused environment while supporting person centred care, building strong connections and maintaining safe, high-quality practice under Registered Nurse guidance.

Deliver safe, person centred care to geriatric patients
Support RN to plan and review care
Monitor patient status and report changes
Maintain accurate clinical records
Build strong relationships with patients and team
Follow care plans and clinical direction
Promote comfort, dignity and wellbeing
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

About You

You bring compassion, sound judgement and a team first mindset. You’re ready to deliver person centred care in a fast paced geriatric setting and work confidently under RN guidance.

Enrolled Nurse with NMBA registration or eligibility
Provide safe care aligned with standards and scope
Communicate clearly with patients, families and team
Prioritise workload and escalate clinical change
Contribute to a collaborative multidisciplinary team
