About the Role
Lead nursing operations to enable Right Patient Right Place Right Time across CALHN services.
• Manage bed flow, discharge lounge, after hours care
• Lead staffing hub, skill mix and workforce deploy
• Oversee patient flow systems, demand and access
• Drive performance, standards and clinical governance

About You

Join a senior nursing leader ready to shape flow and service delivery

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA eligibility or current registration
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem solving
• Experience with patient flow and demand management exposure
• Experience leading teams, complex projects and service change
• Knowledge of clinical governance, quality and health legislation
