Overview:
The Project Officer / Executive Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Planning, coordinating and delivering a range of executive support programs, services, and continuous initiatives for the Executive Director Planning and Commissioning that contribute to the efficient operations within the Planning and Commissioning Branch.
- Planning, coordinating and implementing effective project and administrative support systems and services.
- Coordinating the preparation of, and providing confidential advice to a range of stakeholders, including pre-emptive management of emails, preparation of reports, briefing notes, data collection and analysis to assist the resolution of complex and sensitive issues.
- Contributing to Planning and Commissioning Projects, providing support, organisation of workshops and meeting papers and database management.

- A ‘National Police Certificate’ NPC (also known as a ‘Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check’ NCCHC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment).

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
