About the Role
As a Nurse Unit Manager, you lead care delivery across the unit, building strong teams and safe practice. You balance clinical leadership with people and service oversight, creating a positive culture that supports quality outcomes.
• Lead nursing teams and daily care delivery
• Manage staff performance, rosters and capability
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary partners
• Drive safe practice and policy alignment
• Build culture focused on quality patient outcomes
About You
You’re a confident clinical leader who brings people together, drives quality care and supports teams to do their best work.
• Registered or eligible Nurse with NMBA practising certificate
• Lead teams with clear communication and sound judgement
• Improve models of care with person centred focus
• Build capability through coaching and staff development
• Apply legislation, standards and safety frameworks confidently
