Overview:
- The Workforce Relations Lead / Principal Industrial Relations Adviser is responsible to the Director Strategic Industrial Relations and Manager Industrial Relations for the provision of high-level advisory and consultancy services in industrial and employee relations across the public health system.
- The Workforce Relations Lead / Principal Industrial Relations Adviser is a key support to the Director Strategic Industrial Relations and Manager Industrial Relations to lead the development and coordination of an effective industrial relations agenda to effect workplace change and improve service delivery.
