About the role
Join our Pharmacy team as an Administrative Assistant and help support the smooth day to day operations of the Pharmacy Administration section within a busy healthcare environment. Working closely with the Business and Administration Manager, you will provide confidential administrative, secretarial and reception support that contributes to efficient and responsive pharmacy services.
In this role, you will prepare correspondence, educational materials, work manuals and other documentation while supporting pharmacy staff with a range of administrative tasks. You will play an important part in maintaining organised workflows, accurate records and professional communication across the broader division, helping ensure services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

You are an organised and proactive administration professional who enjoys supporting busy teams and delivering accurate, high quality administrative services within a healthcare environment.
