About the Role

Lead DonateLife SA’s clinical direction and help shape the future of organ and tissue donation across the Royal Adelaide Hospital.

You will:

• Lead clinical improvement and donation outcomes
• Drive safe, high quality and sustainable donation services
• Build strong links across DonateLife, hospital and transplant teams
• Deliver national program priorities and funding commitments
• Champion service integration, education and clinical best practice

About You

To be successful in this role you will:

• Hold current AHPRA registration and CICM Fellowship
• Demonstrate leadership in clinical improvement and organ donation
• Bring experience in teaching, medical ethics and end-of-life care
• Communicate effectively and build strong stakeholder relationships
• Lead change, manage priorities and deliver critical timeframes
