Looking for a role where organisation, technology and customer support come together? Join our team as a Training Support Officer and play a key role in supporting learning and workforce capability across regional South Australia.
About the Role
In this role, you'll provide frontline support to end users, managers and facilitators while helping ensure training systems and records remain accurate, accessible and efficient. From creating user accounts and managing training access to processing recognition of prior learning (RPL) requests and maintaining attendance and completion records, your work will directly support the delivery of workforce learning outcomes.
About You
You are a proactive and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems. You bring:
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide high-quality customer support.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- High-level computer literacy, including troubleshooting and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience preparing reports, maintaining systems and procedures, and managing sensitive or confidential information.
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, WorldLearn or similar platforms will be highly regarded.
